American Museum of Natural History Family Photoshoot | Timsie & Viral

We spent a joyful day with Timsie and Viral at the American Museum of Natural History, capturing a family photoshoot filled with laughter, curiosity, and real moments. As longtime clients, they feel more like friends to us, and every time we photograph their family, it feels special in a new way.

They arrived with their two children — a son and a daughter — and from the very first moments, the session turned into an adventure. The kids were full of energy and curiosity, excitedly exploring the museum, running through the halls, and stopping in awe in front of the massive dinosaur exhibits. We followed along, documenting their natural reactions, spontaneous laughter, and the beautiful chaos that makes family life so memorable.

The atmosphere was playful and relaxed. There was no pressure — just a family being themselves. Moments like these are exactly why we love photographing families over time. Seeing how children grow, how relationships evolve, and how each stage of life adds something new to the story is incredibly meaningful.

What makes sessions like this even more special is knowing how powerful these images will become years from now. Looking back, it won’t just be photos — it will be memories of how small hands held onto parents, how curious eyes looked at the world, and how love filled every moment.

And their story is still growing. Very soon, Timsie and Viral will be welcoming another addition to their family, and we couldn’t be happier for them. We’re already looking forward to capturing their beautiful, growing family once again and continuing to document their journey through life.
