Liberty House Wedding, Jersey City | Kaitlyn & Brian

Kaitlyn and Brian’s wedding day unfolded effortlessly, guided by a quiet sense of joy that followed them from morning until late into the evening.

The day began at the Courtyard Marriott in Jersey City, where our photo and video team joined Kaitlyn as she finished hair and makeup. She was surrounded by family, and the atmosphere felt calm and intimate — final touches, soft conversations, and the anticipation of what was ahead. We focused on documenting natural getting-ready moments, paying close attention to emotions and the small details that set the tone for the day. Brian spent the morning separately, in a close men’s company, taking time to reflect, connect, and prepare for the day ahead.

Once everyone was ready, we left the hotel and headed to the first portrait location. The pre-ceremony photos took place at the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal, a location rich in history and character. This is where Kaitlyn and Brian shared their first look, seeing each other for the first time that day. The moment was deeply emotional and became even more special when their beautiful child joined them. We captured heartfelt family photos and genuine reactions, preserving all the emotion of this meaningful part of the day.

Afterward, we made our way to the nearby waterfront, where the city skyline opened up in front of us. With New York City in the distance, we created relaxed family portraits and stylish couple photos, allowing the space and the moment to guide the session. The images felt natural, modern, and deeply personal.

From there, it was a short walk to Liberty House Wedding & Event Venue, located just steps from the train station. The venue was beautifully styled, and the ceremony space was set outdoors, offering stunning views of New York City and the skyline beyond.

The ceremony at Liberty House was elegant and heartfelt, surrounded by family and loved ones. Kaitlyn and Brian exchanged vows in a setting that felt both grand and intimate, creating a moment that was emotional, sincere, and unforgettable.

Following the ceremony, guests transitioned into cocktail hour, enjoying conversation and celebration as the evening began.

The reception opened with a plated salad course, followed by the couple’s first dances, which brought everyone’s attention to the dance floor. The energy in the room quickly shifted into full celebration as dinner continued. Heartfelt toasts and meaningful speeches filled the space, creating moments that will be remembered for years to come.

The evening continued with the cake cutting, dessert, and joyful celebration late into the night — the perfect ending to a thoughtfully planned and beautifully paced wedding day.

We were honored to document Kaitlyn and Brian’s story, capturing not only the flow of the day, but the emotion, connection, and love that defined it.
