Engagement in Manhattan, NYC | Natasha & Sukh

We met Natasha and Sukh in Manhattan in the first days of January, when New York still carries the magic of the holidays. The city lights were glowing, festive decorations were still up, and there was that unmistakable winter energy in the air.

Our first stop was Central Park, beginning at the iconic Bethesda Fountain. In winter, the fountain stands without water, which gave us a rare opportunity to step inside and capture creative, unexpected angles. The setting felt cinematic and quiet, and Natasha and Sukh looked effortlessly stylish against the stone textures and soft winter light.

We then moved to Bethesda Terrace, focusing on their natural connection — the laughter, the subtle glances, the way they held each other close against the crisp January air. The sky was overcast, but every so often the sun broke through the clouds, adding warmth and depth to the scene.

Next, we headed to the New York Public Library, where the couple changed into a second look — even more refined and elevated. We photographed them outside first, using the grand marble façade as a timeless New York backdrop, before moving inside to capture elegant portraits within the iconic marble interiors. The architecture added a sophisticated, editorial feel to the session, and we created a series of emotional, stylish images that felt both modern and classic.

As evening fell, we embraced the true New York spirit and grabbed pizza in Manhattan. It was spontaneous, fun, and perfectly authentic — laughter, city lights, and that relaxed energy that makes NYC sessions so special.

The day flew by, and as night took over the city, we left Natasha and Sukh to continue their evening adventure together. A winter day in Manhattan, full of love, style, and that unmistakable New York atmosphere.
